Terms of Use

Important disclaimer — please read carefully

NumberTeller is a calculation and reference tool for professional numerology practitioners. All calculations, interpretations, name suggestions, tarot narratives, remedies and other outputs are produced by automated, rules-based systems built into the Platform. They are not the result of human expertise, psychic ability or verified spiritual knowledge, and they are not professional advice of any kind.

Outputs may be incomplete, partly incorrect or entirely incorrect. Numerology is an interpretive practice and every output carries uncertainty. You must check all outputs yourself before relying on them or sharing them with any client or other person. Confiex Data Room Private Limited is not responsible for decisions made, actions taken or outcomes arising from reliance on the platform's outputs, to the extent permitted by law.

1. About these Terms

1.1 These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NumberTeller, including the website at https://www.numberteller.com/, the web application and all related tools, reports and services (together, the "Platform").

1.2 The Platform is owned and operated by Confiex Data Room Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Unit 302, Bldg 2, New Sonal Industrial Estate, Kachpada, Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai 400064, Maharashtra, India ("Confiex", "we", "us", "our").

1.3 By creating an account, starting a free trial, subscribing to a plan or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Billing Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1.4 If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business, and "you" includes that business.

2. Who may use the Platform

2.1 The Platform is designed for professional practitioners: numerologists, astrologers, life coaches, holistic consultants and similar professionals who use numerology in their work. It is not intended for consumers seeking personal readings.

2.2 You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to create an account.

2.3 You use the Platform for the purposes of your profession or business. You exercise your own independent professional judgement in every client interaction.

3. The service

3.1 The Platform provides tools based on Pythagorean numerology and the Lo Shu grid, including core chart calculations, Lo Shu grid analysis, name correction suggestions, compatibility scoring, transit and personal-year calculations, karmic lessons, house, car and mobile number analysis, business numerology, tarot readings, saved charts and PDF reports. The features available to you depend on your plan.

3.2 We may add, change or remove features from time to time. If we remove a feature that is a material part of your paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel and receive a refund for any prepaid period not yet used.

3.3 The Platform relies on third-party service providers for hosting, database, email and payments. Features labelled "AI" run on NumberTeller's own rules-based engine; no third-party artificial-intelligence provider is used.

4. Nature of outputs and no professional advice

4.1 All outputs of the Platform ("Outputs") are provided "as is" and "as computed". They:

  • may be partly or wholly incorrect, misleading or inapplicable to any person or situation;
  • are produced by automated calculation and rules-based logic, including the features labelled "AI", and may contain errors;
  • do not include human intuition, lived experience or knowledge of your client's circumstances; and
  • must never be presented to any person as definitive, guaranteed or infallible.

4.2 Nothing on the Platform is life, spiritual, legal, medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, investment, tax, business or relationship advice. Outputs must not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in any of those fields.

4.3 You are solely responsible for the advice, readings, recommendations and remedies you give your clients, whether or not they are based on Outputs. You must verify every Output you use in a client-facing context.

4.4 Different schools of numerology use different conventions. The Platform applies one set of conventions consistently; they may differ from those you use. It is your responsibility to know how a result was reached before you rely on it.

5. Your account

5.1 You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.

5.2 You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single practitioner. You must not share login credentials. If your practice needs several users, contact us.

5.3 Tell us immediately at support@numberteller.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

6. Free trial, plans and payment

6.1 New accounts may receive a free trial on the terms shown on our Pricing page at sign-up. No payment details are needed for the trial. The trial ends automatically. You are not charged unless you choose a paid plan.

6.2 Paid plans, prices, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Billing Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Client data and your responsibilities

7.1 When you enter information about your clients (such as names, dates of birth, addresses, mobile or vehicle numbers, business names or other details) ("Client Data"), you decide why and how that data is processed. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") you are the Data Fiduciary for Client Data, and Confiex processes it on your behalf as your Data Processor.

7.2 You represent, warrant and undertake that:

  • you have given your clients any notice required by law and obtained any consent required before entering their data on the Platform;
  • where Client Data relates to a child under 18, for example a baby name or a child's name correction, you have obtained the verifiable consent of the child's parent or lawful guardian as required by the DPDP Act and its Rules;
  • you enter only the data needed for the service you provide to that client;
  • you will respond to your clients' requests to access, correct or erase their data, and you can use the Platform's tools or contact us for help;
  • you have told your clients that analysis is produced with the help of automated software and may not be accurate; and
  • you comply with all data protection and privacy laws that apply to you, including the DPDP Act and, if you serve clients outside India, the laws of those places.

7.3 We will process Client Data only to provide the Platform to you, in line with our Privacy Policy and your instructions. A Data Processing Addendum is available on request at privacy@numberteller.com.

8. Acceptable use

  • present Outputs as the opinion of a licensed professional in any regulated field;

Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

9.2 Your licence to use Outputs. While your account is active, and afterwards for Outputs generated during an active subscription, you may use, print and share Outputs, including PDF reports, with your own clients as part of your practice. You may add your own interpretation and branding where the Platform allows it. You may not sell or distribute Outputs as a standalone product, or use them to build a competing service.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Confiex and its directors, officers, employees and agents against all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
